Those entities who are planning to make short-term investments or planning to invest in local businesses or else planning to understand the business landscape before the expansion could choose this type of visa. The entity must make an investment ranging between AED 12500 and AED 25500.

  1. 5-Year Investor Visa

The entities willing to invest in or expand the businesses related to real estate in the UAE could choose this type of visa. There are certain conditions that are to be met in order to acquire this visa, which include the investment of AED 2 million, and such investment amount must not be raised from any loan, and this investment must be maintained for a minimum term of 3 years.

  1. 10-Year Investor Visa or known as Golden Visa

The 10-year visa holders are required to make a significant amount of investment in the businesses in the UAE. There are certain conditions that are to be met by such entities in order to get the visa, which include: At least AED 2 million must be invested in any public sector, or else the investor must invest in the shares of any existing business or company in Dubai amounting to AED 10 million, and this amount that is invested must not be obtained from any kind of loan. Along with that, it must be retained for a duration of at least 3 years.

The golden visa can also be acquired by certain individuals who have unique and significant talent in either of the following sectors, like science, healthcare, technology, etc.

What are the procedures you should follow?

 The following are the procedures that must be followed by the entities in order to acquire an investor visa in Dubai. The following procedures, along with the proper documents, must be maintained in order to get the visa easily in Dubai.

  1. First, select the type of visa that you are willing to take and comply with the conditions of the respective visa, based on which the further procedures are to be undertaken.
  2. The second step includes the submission of the application for the investor visa, which must be typed without any errors or mistakes from a local typing centre. On the other hand, if you have a minimum of 25% share in the venture, then you can apply for the partner visa in Dubai. The entities looking for expansion must follow this step.
  3. The next procedure includes the receipt of the approval from the GDRFA for completing the change status request. Under this step, the entity must get the approval from the GDRFA and then move on with the change status procedures.
  4. In order to get the investor visa in Dubai, the entity must get itself medically examined, for which, prior to that, the medical typing must be completed. The medical examination is to be carried out in the authorized medical centre only.
  5. Once the medical examination is completed, the entity must start the Emirates ID typing process, where fingerprint authorization might also be required as per the type of the visa applied for.
  6. The final step would include the visa stamping from an authorized area where the approval from the immigration department will be attained. After the approval, the entity must get the passport also.
